PAT TESTING & CERTIFICATION
The following prices are fully inclusive of
labour and callout fees (no other costs to be added). |
Domestic PAT Testing
Rental / HMO / Small shops
For rental properties we can arrange access direct with your tenants
if required. Included in the price is a SELECT Electrical Equipment
Certificate signed by our engineer and a register of appliances c/w
test results. This type of domestic PAT certificate is usually valid for 1 year. |

Prices can be as low as 0.80p per test depending on the quantity,
type of equipment, access and environment - please call

Domestic Periodic Inspection Reports
(Rental / HMO / Home buyer/seller)
BS7671 - SELECT - Periodic Inspection Report: for reporting on an existing
electrical installation within a domestic flat or house in Edinburgh
or surrounding areas. The price is for an electrical installation
comprising up to six circuits. Add £10 per additional circuit over six
if required. As the report requires a detailed inspection
of electrical accessories and a set of measurements to be collated for
each circuit please allow for our electrician being on site for
approximately three hours. |
