PRICING Small electrical jobs and maintenance from £55
Some typical examples of small
electrical jobs are: Appliance connection. Swap or upgrade existing light
fittings, socket outlets, switches etc. Resolve lighting problems plus other circuit fault-finding and repair.
Prices start at a labour cost of £55 and we
can usually give
you a verbal estimate over the phone. Payment is made to the
electrician on the day.
Larger electrical jobs
Some typical examples of larger electrical jobs are:
Fuse board replacement, Rewiring, New power or lighting circuits.
Provision of a new radial circuit for an appliance or shower etc.
These will normally require a free site visit before a price can
be quoted.
CERTIFICATION GUIDE PRICE The following prices are fully inclusive of
labour and callout fees, no other costs are to be added. When renting out a property it is
standard practice to have all appliances you are supplying PAT tested.
A PIR report on the fixed wiring is also highly recommended.

Includes combined certificate and a register of
appliances with test results.
PAT for up to 15 appliances. +£1.50 per
additional appliance over 15.

FIXED WIRING CERTIFICATION FOR
LANDLORDS:
Periodic
Inspection Report (PIR) for reporting on an existing electrical
installation within a rented domestic flat or house. Includes a visual
inspection and electrical testing of each circuit. Allow up to 3 hours
on site.
PIR - initial inspection for installations with no previous
valid PIR.
